Orders ship within 1 business day of order placement. All orders are shipped via ground transport and should arrive within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number. All orders ship for a flat rate of $8 or $15, depending on order size, within the United States. If you need your order faster, please email email@example.com and we will expedite your order for an increased charge. We will do everything we can to get you your goodies on time!
We want you to be 100% happy with your products. Because of this, we have a 30 day return policy for all products at Local + Lejos. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get your return process started. Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using UPS, FedEx, or another service with tracking. Local + Lejos is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. All returns should be sent to:

Once your return has been received, the refund will be processed, less shipping charges, in the original method of payment.

Each community we work with utilizes the earnings from our work together in different ways and we want to communicate these differences. The impact statements on our site have come straight from our artisans to explain how far your support goes.
