FAQ – Local + Lejos





Orders ship within 3 business days of order placement. Orders can be shipped via USPS ground transport, or FedEx, pending your preference.  Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including your tracking number.  If you need your order faster, please email hello@localandlejos.com and we will expedite your order for an increased charge. We will do everything we can to get you your goodies on time!



We want you to be 100% happy with your products - so, we offer FREE RETURNS! We have a 30 day return policy for all products at Local + Lejos. Please email us at hello@localandlejos.com and we will get your return process started, and provide you with a shipping label.  Once your return has been received, the refund will be processed, less shipping charges, in the original method of payment.  

Please note, sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.



We work hard with our artisan partners to explain the impact that your purchase has. Each community we work with utilizes the earnings from our work together in different ways and we want to communicate these differences. The impact statements on our site have come straight from our artisans to explain how far your support goes. On a broader scale, providing job opportunities and empowering women has been proven to be a successful strategy in community development.
